Oversaw the label’s creative and logistical operations—from A&R and visual identity to music video direction, international distribution, and artist collaborations.

Participant developed a distinct curatorial voice at the intersection of experimental music, visual culture, and independent publishing, and was officially inducted into the British Library’s Sound Archive as a significant contribution to contemporary recorded music.

Directed multiple audiovisual releases, including two music videos nominated for Best International Music Video at the Oscar-qualifying Oberhausen Short Film Festival. Participant also hosted radio takeovers and live performances across platforms like The Lot Radio and BBC 6 Music, building a loyal global following through carefully crafted sonic and visual storytelling.
